Viewing Documents

Learn how to view and preview documents in Infera.

Document Preview

Click any document to open the preview panel:

• PDFs - View directly in the browser
• Images - View with zoom and pan controls
• Word/Excel - Preview rendered version
• Other files - Download to view locally

Full-Screen View

For a larger view:

1. Click a document to open preview
2. Click the Expand icon (or press F)
3. Press Esc to exit full-screen

Navigation

When viewing multi-page documents:

• Use arrow keys or scroll to navigate pages
• Click page thumbnails in the sidebar (if available)
• Use the page number input to jump to a specific page

Zoom Controls

• Zoom in: Click + or press =
• Zoom out: Click - or press -
• Fit to width: Click the width icon
• Fit to page: Click the page icon
• Reset zoom: Double-click the document

Downloading Documents

To download a document:

1. Open the document preview
2. Click the Download button
3. The file will download to your computer

Or right-click a document in the list and select Download.

Document Information

View document details by clicking the Info icon:

• File name and type
• File size
• Upload date and time
• Uploaded by
• Last modified
• Share status

Keyboard Shortcuts

Shortcut	Action
↑ / ↓	Navigate between documents
Enter	Open selected document
Esc	Close preview
F	Toggle full-screen
D	Download document
+ / -	Zoom in/out

Unsupported File Types

Some file types can't be previewed in the browser. For these:

1. Click the document
2. Click Download to view locally
3. Open with the appropriate application on your computer
