Adding Your Credit Card

Set up billing to unlock all Infera features.

How to Add a Credit Card

  1. Click Account in the firm sidebar
  2. Click Manage Payment Methods
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Select the type of payment method you want to add
  5. Enter the payment method details:
    1. For cards enter:
      • Card number
      • Expiration date
      • CVC
      • Billing zip code
    2. For bank account enter:
      • Email
      • Full name
      • Select your bank from the list below
      • Follow the prompts
  6. Click Save Payment Method

Accepted Payment Methods

Infera accepts most bank accounts and all major credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Billing Cycle

  • You'll be billed monthly based on your plan
  • Charges appear as "Infera" on your statement
  • Invoices are emailed to the account owner

Removing a Card

To remove a payment method:

  1. Click Account in the firm sidebar
  2. Click Manage Payment Methods
  3. Click the trash icon next to the card you want to remove
  4. Confirm removal

Note: You must have at least one valid payment method on file to continue using Infera.

Viewing Billing History

To see past invoices:

  1. Click Account in the firm sidebar
  2. Click View Invoices
  3. Click any invoice to view or download

Troubleshooting

Card was declined

  • Verify the card number and expiration date
  • Check that you have sufficient funds
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists

Can't update payment method

  • Make sure you're an admin on the account
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact support if the issue continues
