How View Tracking Works

Infera automatically keeps track of the total number of times a shared document has been viewed. This gives you a simple way to know if and how often your document links have been accessed.

Viewing View Counts

To check how many times a document you've shared has been viewed:

1. Click Shares in the matter menu.
2. Find the share you want to review.
3. In the share details, you'll see the view count for each shared document.

The view count increases each time the share link is accessed, regardless of who viewed it or from which device.

Privacy and Limitations

• Only the total number of views is tracked.
• No personal information or detailed activity (such as viewer identity or time) is recorded.
• View counts are only visible to you and firm admins.
