Official State Forms
For supported states, the exported PDF is the official state court form, filled in from your data, rather than a generic layout.
Florida matters export directly onto the official Florida Family Law Financial Affidavit:
- The short form (12.902(b)) is used for gross annual income under $50,000, and the long form (12.902(c)) at or above it — Infera picks the correct one for you based on the income you entered
- Income, expenses, assets, and liabilities are placed into the form's own rows, with the form's built-in totals and checkboxes (such as marital vs. nonmarital assets) filled in automatically
- Payments to creditors are entered one row per payment — each showing the creditor or card issuer — rather than combined into a single total
Matters in states without an official form mapping yet export to Infera's standard financial affidavit layout described below. We're adding more official state forms over time.
