Branding Your Client Portal
Make the upload portal your clients see feel like your firm. From Firm Settings → Client Portal Configuration you can add your logo and choose the colors used across every client upload link and document request portal. A live preview shows exactly what your clients will see before you save.
Only admins can change branding. The settings apply firm-wide — every client portal for every matter picks them up automatically.
Opening Client Portal Configuration
- Click Settings in the firm sidebar
- Open the Client Portal Configuration tab
The page is split into two halves: the controls on the left and a live preview of the client portal on the right.
Adding Your Logo
Your logo appears in the top bar of the client portal, in place of your firm name.
- Under Logo, click Upload logo
- Choose a PNG or JPG file
- The preview updates immediately so you can check how it looks
To go back to showing your firm name instead of an image, click Remove logo.
TIP
Use a logo with a transparent or solid background that reads well on your chosen nav bar color. Wide, horizontal logos display best in the top bar.
Choosing Colors
Three colors control the look of the portal. For each one you can use the color picker or type a hex value (e.g. #14532d):

| Page background | The background behind the portal content. |
| Accent color | Progress bars, the upload drop area, and other highlights. |
Text in the top bar automatically switches between dark and light for legibility, so your firm name stays readable whether you pick a light or dark nav color.
Previewing and Saving
- The Preview panel on the right reflects your logo and colors in real time — including a sample upload area and progress bar — so there's no guesswork.
- Click Save changes to apply your branding to every client portal.
- Click Reset to defaults to return to Infera's standard green-and-gray look. (You still need to Save for a reset to take effect.)

Once saved, your branding shows up on both portal types:

Your clients never need an account to see your branded portal — the logo and colors travel with every secure link you share.
